"Nowruz, is the combination of two Persian words which means “New Day”. The exact beginning of the New Year occurs when the season changes from winter to spring on the vernal equinox, which usually happens on 20th or 21st March of each year. This day is also recognized as a day of celebration by the United Nations, the United States, and Canada. 
The program starts with the national anthem of Iran, followed by detailed presentation about Nowruz, live traditional music performance, traditional dance performance, Persian food as the main course, and an open house party to end the program by 11:00 PM. We look forward to welcoming you at Nowruz."
